The event brought together representatives from all partner institutions at the university\u2019s teaching and research area for Gender &amp; Diversity in Engineering.<\/p><p data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"1011\">The meeting focused on the <strong data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"651\">development and testing of a serious game<\/strong> designed to simulate the challenges of a VUCA environment in curriculum design. Participants worked through several phases, including situational analysis, identifying key vulnerabilities, and building adaptive capacities. This hands-on, game-based approach offered practical insights into how curricula can be transformed to become more agile and responsive.<\/p><p data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1304\">Another key topic was the creation of a <strong data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1077\">decision-making tool<\/strong> to help universities systematically evaluate and strengthen the resilience of their curricula.
