titled \u201cIdentifying Curriculum Disruptions in Engineering Education through Serious Gaming,\u201d was recently held in Tampere, Finland. The session was a key part of the SEFI Conference 2025 and was expertly facilitated by Clara Lemke, M.Ed., and Ann-Kristin Winkens.<\/p><p>The workshop brought together a diverse group of engineering educators from across Europe, with participants from the United Kingdom, Norway, the Netherlands, and more. Attendees actively participated in playing through &#8220;Situational Awareness,&#8221; the foundational first step of the SUCRE Game, creating a dynamic and collaborative environment for exploring educational challenges.<\/p><p>The engagement resulted in deep, insightful discussions and yielded incredibly valuable feedback regarding the future of engineering education.
