Welcome to the 18th International Symposium on Foundations & Practice of Security (FPS – 2025).
The symposium will be hosted by IMT Atlantique and Université de Bretagne Occidentale, on November 25-27, 2025. We invite researchers and practitioners from all countries working in security, privacy, cyber resilience, and related areas to participate in the event.
Protecting the data and the infrastructure of an increasingly interconnected world has become vital to the normal functioning of all aspects of our daily life. Security, privacy and cyber resilience have emerged as scientific research fields whose multifaceted complexities deserve the attention and synergy of various communities such as mathematics, computer science, information systems, networks, management, and criminology. Alongside technical topics, for the 18th edition, special care will be given to AI-based innovation, applications to transports systems and critical infrastructures.
The aim of FPS is to discuss and exchange theoretical and practical ideas that address privacy, security and cyber resilience issues in interconnected systems. FPS aims to provide scientific presentations and to promote scientific collaboration, joint research programs, and student exchanges between stakeholders and participants involved in this fast-moving field.
