All participants must pay registration fees. For each accepted article, at least one author must attend and pay the REGULAR registration fee. Paper registration is required, allowing the inclusion of the papers in the conference proceedings. An author or a proxy attending FPS MUST present the paper. This is a requirement for all accepted papers to be included in the Springer LNCS proceedings and digital library. No-show of scheduled papers will result in excluding them from both the proceedings and the digital library.
The REGULAR, GENERAL and STUDENT registration fees include FPS 2025 participation, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and social events (cocktail & banquet).
All prices are in euro. Early Bird registrations is open till November 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
