All participants must pay the registration fee.
- For each accepted paper,
at least one author must be present and pay the REGULAR (author) registration fee . - At least one author must register for the accepted paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
- An author or representative has to present the paper at the FPS conference. Failure to present an accepted paper results in the exclusion from the proceedings and digital library.
The REGULAR, GENERAL and STUDENT registration fees include FPS 2025 participation, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and social events (cocktail & banquet).
Early Bird registrations is open till October 31st, 2025, AoE.
Please consider registering before November 15th, AoE.
