- All participants are required to pay registration fees.
- For each accepted paper, at least one author must attend the conference and pay the REGULAR registration fee. Paper registration and presentation are both mandatory to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings and digital library.
- An author or designated representative MUST present the paper at the FPS conference. This is a strict requirement for all accepted papers to be included in the Springer LNCS proceedings and digital library. Any paper that is not presented (no-show) will be excluded from both the proceedings and the digital library.
The REGULAR, GENERAL and STUDENT registration fees include FPS 2025 participation, lunch, coffee breaks, and social events.
All prices are in euro. Early Bird registrations is open till October 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
