Depending on your nationality, you may be required to apply for a visa to participate to FPS 2025. Information about visas can be found on the immigration website of the French government. We strongly advise you to check the visa requirements for organizing your stay and to take into account the potential processing times for your application.
Letter of Invitation: We can provide an invitation letter for visas to the authors with accepted papers and/or registered participants. To get the invitation letter, please send your request to the fps-registration@imt-atlantique.fr with the following Information :
- Last name and first name (as it appears on your passport)
- Postal mail address
- Date and place of birth
- Employer or university name
- Citizenship
- Date of arrival and departure
- and the additional documents and information requested by the French authorities
