Paper registration and presentation are both mandatory to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings and digital library.<\/li>\n<li>An author or designated representative MUST present the paper at the FPS conference. This is a strict requirement for all accepted papers to be included in the Springer LNCS proceedings and digital library.
