Discrete Graphical Model Learning and Solving using Data Mining and Deep Learning
Funded by the ANR (French National Research Agency, PRC project – 2025/2029 – 549KEur), the GMLaS project aims to integrate machine learning and data mining (ML/DM) tools into the cost-function paradigm, leading to a data-driven hybrid solving framework capable of tackling larger and more complex real-world problems. One representative application targeted by the project is computational protein design.
