L’inscription se fait en deux phases :
Etape 1: Etablir et envoyer le bon de commande directement à contact-mim2022@imt-atlantique.fr.
Le bon de commande devra obligatoirement comporter les éléments suivants :
– Votre Adresse de facturation
– Pour chaque personne à inscrire: nom, prénom, mail et montant de l’inscription
– Votre n° TVA INTRACOMMUNAUTAIRE
– Votre SIRET
Ce bon de commande sera à libeller à

Etape 2: Le secrétariat de la conférence enregistrera chaque participant qui recevra une confirmation par email
In the case of a registration paid by a university or an industry located in the European Economic Area, the billing can be done “HT”. To benefit from this, registration should be done in two phases:
Step 1: Send an order form referencing the persons concerned directly to contact-mim2022@imt-atlantique.fr.
This order form shall imperatively include the following:
– For each person to be registered: name, first name, email and amount of registration
– Your billing address
– Your INTRA-COMMUNITY VAT number (REQUIRED)
This order form should be made out to

Step 2: The conference secretariat will register each participant who will receive a confirmation by email
*Countries concerned: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.

No refund requests will be considered after May 15, 2022.
