The goal? To raise awareness about the environmental impact of what we eat and fight food waste.
Why? In France, 1/4 of greenhouse gas emissions come from our food. In addition, food waste accounts for 10 million tons of food lost each year, 8% of which is attributed to institutional catering.
To mark the occasion, IMT Atlantique with the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME)invite you to try out some fun tools and take on a challenge.
