Although you have no doubt already had occasion to manipulate computer files, it’s important to understand a few subtleties so you can do so consistently and efficiently.

At the end of this session, you should be able to organize your data for your work, easily navigate through files of your own computer, retrieve data manipulated by applications (and no longer let yourself be dominated by software designed by others ;-) )
