Erasmusdays 2025 at IMT Atlantique in Brest

Training directors from all 14 IMT engineering schools gathered at IMT Atlantique in Brest for a full-day strategic workshop. The session was centered on the SUCRE serious game, challenging the leaders to navigate a forecasted 20% reduction in national funding.

By leveraging the CAFE and LAIT tools, the directors collaborated to co-design joint action plans. This initiative successfully built momentum for enhancing resilience and ensuring continuity across the entire IMT network.
