IT Del Kicks Off ToT for DECART: Adapting Education to the VUCA World

On Friday, March 21, 2025, Institut Teknologi Del successfully held the Training of Trainers (ToT) as part of the DECART project, a key initiative under Erasmus+. The training aimed to equip selected faculty members with essential knowledge and skills in preparation for the broader dissemination phase of the project.

The session focused on Work Package 1 (WP1), which includes curriculum needs analysis, identifying educational gaps, and formulating strategies for adapting academic programs to today’s rapidly changing VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.

By completing this ToT, participating lecturers are now better prepared to lead conversations and implement practices in curriculum transformation within their respective faculties. This marks a crucial step toward building a more agile and resilient higher education framework at IT Del.
