DECART Project WP3 Curriculum Transformation at Institut Teknologi Del

On November 18, 2025, Institut Teknologi Del hosted a successful Curriculum Transformation Workshop facilitated by the DECART project team. Attended by institute leaders and lecturers, the session focused on sharing findings from Work Package 3 (WP3).

Discussions highlighted the drivers of transformation, ranging from external factors like AI and technological advancements to internal shifts from teacher-centered to student-centered methodologies. While the full framework includes eight activities, this session focused on three fundamental steps: defining the 4Ws (What, Why, When, Where) of transformation, identifying stakeholders, and analyzing their influence to facilitate effective change.
